A spacious, oceanfront, bright, 4 season, 3 bedroom, cottage with direct beach access, located on 1 ac lot, with panoramic ocean views. Start your day having breakfast on the upper deck overlooking the LaHave Islands or take a short stroll down to beach comb for beach glass.
The cottage is located 3 minutes to the LaHave River Ferry and 6 minutes to Crescent and Rissers Beaches, 20 minutes by ferry to UNESCO site at Lunenburg, 20 minutes to Bridgewater and Golf Course, 1 hr. 20 minutes to Halifax. There is lots to see and do in this area of the South Shore of Nova Scotia.
The 2 storey cottage (2400 sq. ft.) has a large comfortable living and dining area, plus 1 bedroom and 1/2 bath, and sliding glass doors opening to a deck on the first floor and an eat-in kitchen, 2 lounge areas, 2 bedrooms, full bath, and a deck on the second storey. Linens are provided you just have to bring your beach towels.
Bring your boat or kayak to explore the nearby LaHave Islands.
