Bella Riva 308 is truly amazing. The floors are done in travertine, the ceilings are 9-foot-6 inches high and there is high quality crown molding throughout. The Kitchen features solid wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a large 36” six burner gas cook top, and a convenient island center bar with sinks. The backsplashes and countertops in the kitchen, the baths, and yes, even the laundry room is done in granite. The furniture is high quality and the professional designer’s touch is apparent in every room and flows out to the large balcony. Large LCD TVs are set up throughout, and the living room television is a 60” model.

Both Master Bedrooms offer gorgeous Gulf-front views and access to the expansive balcony. The first Master bathroom features a large garden tub, a walk-in shower, and dual vanity.
