This unique 4 bedroom villa compound boasts a wealth of special features that include artisanal stone paths and walls, artfully natural landscaping and a beautiful swimming pool anchored by a pair of lily ponds. The main level encompasses expansive terraced outdoor living and dining spaces offering sun and shade. Guests are treated to views of the island's hills and valleys - and the azure sea. A glass enclosed living room and a sleek amenity-laden kitchen with a dining area are conveniently located opposite one another. Both air-conditioned, they provide a nice option for gathering and a cool place for preparing food and packing picnics. A guest bath is also located on this level.

Three pavilions housing the bedrooms gently cascade over the strikingly landscaped grounds. All have spacious en suite baths that feature stone floors, mirrored walls, private WCs and sumptuous showers. Bedrooms 1 & 2 are identical in size and layout with king beds, ample closet space and mini fridges. Each has its own private pool and sun deck and covered sitting area. Bedrooms 3 & 4 (one king and one king/twin) are located in the lower level pavilion and share a generously sized sun deck, a larger pool and a pretty, sheltered sitting area. These bedrooms can connect - or not - as guests choose, making the bungalow nice for friends to share and perfect for a family.

The villa's decor is chic and comfortable; plasma TVs, DVD’s, iPod docks and surround sound all contribute to its relaxing atmosphere. Gorgeous Gouverneur Beach is just a few minutes’ drive away.
