From the moment you enter you will find yourself in a relaxed, bright and peaceful home. We designed it to optimize the space, light and energy of our favorite coastal town. Our cottage is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, sleep and have fun on your beach vacation here at Seabrook.

You will sleep well in our luxurious and cozy Queen size bed while the kids will have fun deciding which bed they want in our bunk room. For extra guests there is an additional queen size pull out sofa on the main floor. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, six burner gas range/oven/broiler drawer and full size dishwasher.

Walk on the beach, take a leisurely bike ride on our cruisers or just relax in the outdoor hot tub. Some of our favorite features of our home are the wood floors, beach decor colors, west facing porch and gas fireplace. With our entertainment system you can watch TV or DVD. As you can see from our pictures, we love and accept dogs into our home; dog towels provided. We hope you will enjoy your stay at Happy as a Clam as much as we do.

Seabrook is burgeoning with growth and the property you are viewing is near an active construction site. The Seabrook Home Owners Association has set strict guidelines for the hours in which construction employees may work. Those hours are: 7:30 am � 6:00 pm Monday through Friday and 9:00 am � 5:00 pm Saturday and Sunday. Please call Seabrook Cottage Rentals if you have any questions or concerns.


If the Availability Calendar for a home or cottage shows that Early Check In or Late Check Out is available, please note that early check in time will be at 3:30pm if and only if the reservation agent you call at states that it is available. TO CHECK IN EARLY, YOU NEED TO CALL THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL TO CHECK THE CURRENT STATUS. CHECKING OUT LATE ALSO REQUIRES YOU TO CALL THE DAY OF YOUR DEPARTURE TO CHECK THE STATUS. THANK YOU
