Located just a five minute walk from the beautiful Pacific Ocean, Sunset Cottage is a wonderful home with all the amenities you’re sure to enjoy.

Sunset Cottage faces the South Alder Park. This park hosts a bocce ball court, community fireplace, and an open green lawn for both kids and adults to enjoy. The covered front porch is a great place to unwind and relax after that long walk on the beach.

Upon entry of the Sunset Cottage you will be astounded by luxury furnishings, beautiful hardwood floors, a large screen HDTV complete with Nintendo Wii and a great HDTV cable package.

Sunset Cottage has two bedrooms. One room is a great place for the kids, or the kid at heart! This room has a twin over full bunkbed! The second room has a plush queen bed. Each bedroom has its own TV/DVD and bathroom.

The cottage has a full kitchen, with quality tools & appliances. You will have everything you need to cook your favorite meal, including: blender, grind-and-brew coffee maker, pans, cutlery, dishes, toaster, and much more! If you don’t feel like cooking while you’re on vacation visit Seabrook’s new Front Street Cafe'. The Café is a classic American bistro, and also serves fresh seafood and a large variety of wines.

The Seabrook Home Owners Association has set strict guidelines for the hours in which construction employees may work.
