Sister's Chalet is located in the Talmont Estates area which is approximately 2.5 miles from Tahoe City, just before Sunnyside up on the hill. This 4+ bedroom, 3 bath home has a spacious 2 car garage and plenty of room for the whole family.

It's fully equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, telephone with cable, Bose stereo system with CD, internet access, gas BBQ & charcoal BBQ, woodstove in the living room and lakeviews! There are 2 decks, one in the front of the house and one off the back of the house. There are two separate kitchen areas and two living areas. The kitchens are fully equipped with pots, pans & dishes.

This home is walking distance to Paige Meadows which is a popular cross country ski/snow shoeing area during winter months. It's also close to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Northstar at Tahoe and Homewood Mountain Resort ski areas. 4 wheel drive is recommended when renting this home during winter months.

During the summer months, this home also has access to the fabulous Tahoe Park Beach which offers lots of lawn areas, picnic tables with BBQ's, horseshoe pit, volley ball, basket ball, kids swing area, two piers and a swim area.

Cleaning fee of $200.00 includes linens.
