The Burman's house is located approx 2.5 miles south of Tahoe City by Sunnyside. It offers panoramic lakeviews and a quiet location. You also have access to Tahoe Park's private beach. It's fully equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, television with cable, VCR, stereo system with CD player, large stone fireplace, sunny deck areas, gas BBQ, and high speed internet. There is parking for 2 cars. There is a large living room/dining/kitchen area upstairs, the bedrooms are all downstairs. One bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. Walk to Paige Meadows which is a popular hiking/biking area in summer and skiing/snow shoeing area in the winter. It's also close to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Homewood ski areas.

4 wheel drive is recommended when renting this home during winter months.
