It's fully equipped with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, television with cable, VCR, stereo system w/cassette and CD player, DVD, woodstove, large living room area, and telephone. Wireless internet is also available at this home. There is maximum parking for 3 cars during winter months.

This home has access to Tahoe Park's private beach area and is also close to many hiking/biking trails. Close to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Homewood ski areas.
