The 1st floor includes a cozy living/dining area with a gas fireplace, a VCR-DVD/monitor, a full kitchen, 1-full bath, and a laundry cubby with washer/dryer. The 2nd floor features one bedroom with 1-full bed, a 2nd bedroom with 1-full bed and a 3rd bedroom with 1-twin bed. Outside, there is a gazebo covered gas grill/picnic area, a private outdoor HOT TUB, and a deck leading to a walking trail down to Silver Lake! This pet-friendly vacation property will sleep up to 5-persons. (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Early Check-in and Late Check-out

We offer early check-in and late check-out, if available, for one-half the nightly rate plus tax. In order to reserve either an early check-in or a late check-out, you must speak with a reservationist to confirm availability.

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including sales tax and corresponding Cleaning Fee, is due at the time of reservation. The balance is due 14- days before the stay, except during the Winter Holidays. Payment for reservations during Winter Holidays is due December 1st.

No more than two domestic pets per home (where pets are permitted). We do not charge a pet deposit.

All properties are non-smoking.
