The 1st floor features an open living/dining area with a wood burning fireplace (firewood provided), a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with 2-sets of bunk beds, a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer, and a 1/2-bath. The 2nd floor features one bedroom with 1-queen bed, an open loft sleeping area with a hide-a-bed, and a 3/4-bath. Right outside the back french doors is a nice deck with a gas grill and a private outdoor hot tub! This pet-friendly vacation property will sleep 6 to 8-persons! (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Early Check-in and Late Check-out

We offer early check-in and late check-out, if available, for one-half the nightly rate plus tax. In order to reserve either an early check-in or a late check-out, you must speak with a reservationist to confirm availability.

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including sales tax and corresponding Cleaning Fee, is due at the time of reservation. The balance is due 14- days before the stay, except during the Winter Holidays. Payment for reservations during Winter Holidays is due December 1st.

No more than two domestic pets per home (where pets are permitted). We do not charge a pet deposit.

All properties are non-smoking.
