The 1st floor features an open living/dining area with a freestanding gas fireplace, and a well equipped kitchen, 1-full bath, plus a another 1/2-bath with laundry facilities. A spiral staircase leads to the 2nd floor where you'll find four bedrooms that each include 1-full bed, and walk-out balconies at both ends of the house. This pet-friendly vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). PLEASE NOTE: Spiral staircase may not be suitable for young children!

Early Check-in and Late Check-out

We offer early check-in and late check-out, if available, for one-half the nightly rate plus tax. In order to reserve either an early check-in or a late check-out, you must speak with a reservationist to confirm availability.

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including sales tax and corresponding Cleaning Fee, is due at the time of reservation. The balance is due 14- days before the stay, except during the Winter Holidays. Payment for reservations during Winter Holidays is due December 1st.

No more than two domestic pets per home (where pets are permitted). We do not charge a pet deposit.

All properties are non-smoking.
