The 1st floor features one bedroom with 1-queen size bed, a 2nd bedroom with 1-queen size bed and 1-set of bunk beds, a laundry area with a full size washer/dryer, and a 3/4- bath. The 2nd floor features a well equipped kitchen/dining area, an open and airy living room with a freestanding wood stove (firewood provided) a walk-out balcony, and one full bath. The 3rd floor features one bedroom with 1-queen size bed, and another bedroom with 1-full size bed. Outside, there is a large deck with a gas grill and a private outdoor HOT TUB! Early Check-in and Late Check-out

We offer early check-in and late check-out, if available, for one-half the nightly rate plus tax. In order to reserve either an early check-in or a late check-out, you must speak with a reservationist to confirm availability.

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including sales tax and corresponding Cleaning Fee, is due at the time of reservation. The balance is due 14- days before the stay, except during the Winter Holidays. Payment for reservations during Winter Holidays is due December 1st.

No more than two domestic pets per home (where pets are permitted). We do not charge a pet deposit.
