Stayed for 29 days in March, 2013 This was our second year at the Legacy Villas for our "Winter Desert Holiday" away from our snowy home in Arnold, CA. We loved this upstairs corner unit overlooking a large fountain with its bubbling water sounds. We loved being in quaint La Quinta close to great hiking, biking, great restaurants, and liked being away from the hustle and bustle of Palm Desert. Great fun and very relaxing!!! Fantastic Condo and Property for Couples or Family Robert T. from North Vancover, British Columbia recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in October, 2012 We have rented a lot of condos throughout the US and this one ranks right up their as one of the best. Gabriel and his staff were most professional and helpful with selecting the right condo and the booking process. The condo itself has been updated with new furniture, flat screen TV's, and the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. There is a great view of the mountains from your patio (which has a high end BBQ)and fountains right below the patio which are both beautiful and provide great white noise. The grounds, pools (so many you are never more than a couple minutes walk to a pool),and exercise room are all great. The layout of the condo makes it perfect to share with another couple as the two master suites are at opposite ends and have their own seperate outside entrances and A/C. Kitchen appliances are top notch and the kitchen is well equiped. The La Quinta Resort is a very pleasant 10 minute walk and has a couple of great restraunts. Only poiny we took off in our rating was for the balconies and balcony furniture being quite dusty. Overall fantastic experience and we will absolutely return. |

Highly Recommend a stay at Legacy Villas in LaQuinta Heather & John D. from Westfield, IN recommends this property. Stayed for 8 days in March, 2012 Legacy Villas is a beautiful, safe and serene setting. Would appeal to families, yet also perfect for a girls getaway. The unit we stayed in was spacious, clean, and well furnished. Having access to a garage was a plus. It's conveniently located next to the LaQuinta resort and a very short drive to the historical area. My only complaint for the stay was upon arrival. We arrived 2 hours past the 3 p.m. check in time, and the cleaning crew was onsite and had just begun cleaning after the previous tenants. So, we didn't have access to the condo as expected which had a negative impact on our evening plans. Other than that, the stay was amazing and Royal Vacation Rentals very responsive. Will definitely return and highly recommend to others. |

Stayed for 10 days in February, 2012 The unit was very acceptable, clean, neat, with most things needed for a successful stay except:1. no measuring spoons in Kitchen2. no cleaning solutions except Windex3. garage door opener did not work. We called management, and there was no response. We had to install a new battery, which we left in the unit for the next guest.4. Unit was very dark due to its location.Amenities at Legacy Villas were exceptional, and we enjoyed the pools, walking paths, weight/gym facility, proximity to La Quinta Resort and spa. Our vacation was delightful, and we enjoyed our time in the desert, and felt that Legacy Villas provided everything we needed. We will return. |
