very disappointed!!!!! A guest from College Station, TX does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in October, 2012 My family has stayed at Sea Isle Village for the past 20+ years and we have always been very happy with our experience. We have recommended SIV to all of our friends and family. Since Port A Escapes has taken over we will never again stay at SIV. The changes that have been made are not positive ones!!! We spent 4 nights, never got clean towels, sheets changed, extra toilet paper, etc... We paid a professional price for our stay... and we would have liked professional service. Upon leaving we got an email that we were billed an additional $30 because we did not take out the trash. Pictures were enclosed and showed trash strewn about the floor- THIS WAS NOT HOW WE LEFT IT!!!!! All trash was in the containers. When was the last time that you stayed in a condo and had to take out your own trash and use the same towels and sheets for 4 nights and 5 days? I would encourage people to look elsewhere before using the combination of Sea Isle and Port A Escapes. It is a shame that a family tradition will be lost because of changes that were not made clear when booking, and excessive charges made by dishonest cleaning staff!! |

Very outdated Holly H. from West, TX does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in August, 2012 The unit was very outdated and in need of repair. Ceiling tiles were missing, the refrigerator had rust all over the outside. It smelled bad. |

Wouldn't Return Kim L. from Austin, TX does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in July, 2012 This property is very old. Our refrigerator was very, very rusty on the outside. Beds are very old and sheets were scratchy. The porches are shared, so if you have a loud neighbor, you're out of luck (at least for the one bedrooms.) We made our reservation late, so this was the only property with availability. The first day we arrived, the pool was closed b/c it was so dirty it had to be shock-cleaned. We will not return. The one positive was being close to town. The girl in the property office was very cordial and helpful and the maintenance people on the grounds were nice. |
