For shared use: garden with lawn, swimming pool kidney shaped (01.01.-31.12.). Outside shower, parking space n 4. Shop 500 m, supermarket 800 m, bar, bakers 500 m. Sports harbour 1 km, tennis 300 m. Groups of teenagers on request only.
