Located on the third floor of the fun, family-oriented Ocean Village Club condominium complex, Q35 combines the advantages of a top-floor unit -- terrific views plus peace and quiet -- with those of a ground-floor setting. There are no stairs to hike up: our elevator, adjacent to the front door, carries you and all your belongings swiftly up and down!

Shells and sharks' teeth wash up with every low tide, and watercraft of all kinds is available for rental nearby. The Intracoastal Waterway is also just a few minutes away, with its many inlets and nature paths. There is always something new to explore here!

Enjoy our two new tennis courts, two swimming pools, shuffleboard courts, picnic tables and charcoal grills, and a Clubhouse with a fitness center, library, and guest computer! Stayed for 7 days in July, 2012 We arrived on Saturday about 5:30 p.m. When we got to the room we could not belive the cleaning that had not been done. They floors still had sand from the previous guest. Counter tops looked as though they had been smeared. Master bath shower hadn;t been cleaned AT ALL. We checked the beds and found hairs all over the sheets. The counter tops in the kitchen and bath had hairs as well. We spent 2 hours cleaning the room. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2012 the condo that we stayed in smelled very bad, like urine. the shower had mildew on the tile and shower door. The refrigerator has bens broken and so was the blinds in spare bedroom. The master bed was terrible, evertime you moved it made a noise. Would not stay in this condo again never never. I called vacation rental about the concerns and they never called me back at all. Not the Best Unit We Ever Stayed In at Saint Augustine Beach Charlotte R. from Acworth, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2012 I loved the property however not the unit we rented. For a property that sleeps 6 it had only five washcloths. and maybe 8 towels. The washer and dryer is so small you can only wash two beach towels at a time. And the door in front of the appliances would not shut. The kitchen faucet was a dribble. You couldn't even wash a glass without using the sprayer. The HDTV might be HDTV ready but in this day and time was a joke. I don't think I have ever seen a smaller flat screened tv and my grandchildren had never seen a "boxed" tv until they saw the tv that was in the master. The master mattress could use an upgrade. Also, i have never seen such an assortment of unmatched dishes. You can purchase a set of four at Big Lots for $20.00. The unit was clean but I think if we stay at this property again we will try another unit. No to Q35. Family Vacation - St. Augustine Beach - June 2012 A guest from Grayson, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in May, 2012 This condo had plenty of room, nice layout,and a great view of the pool and ocean. However, the outside door handle appeared to be about to fall off, the sink strainer still had food scraps in them,I had to replace 2 out of 3 lights in the front bathroom as there were no lightbulbs around (I also bought some WD-40 for the bedroom doors). The patio blinds were missing a couple of slats. The beds in the second BR could use some new matresses and I believe the bed in the master is actual a double (not a queen as published) with queen size sheets on it. But even with the list of minor issues,along with Tropical Storm Beryl, we still had a good time and would come back. Great property, not so good apartment A guest from midland, Texas recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in May, 2012 The location of the property is good, close to restaurants and shopping. The grounds were well maintained, as was the pool. We stayed in appartment Q35 which needs upgrading(it was clean). The carpet is nasty from wear, the single beds need new matresses as well as two night stands instead of one big one that no one can reach the night light(which also is the only light in that room).
