This St. Simons Island cottage is unique in that it consists of one spacious bedroom with bath, central living/kitchen/dining area with additional full bath off of common area. The spacious screened in porch provides an additional living area to enoy the outdoors.

These owners will also accept small pet under 35 pounds for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. There is a small fenced in back yard.
