Stayed for 10 days in December, 2015 Overall all aspect Excellent
Property Manager Response: Response from Christie Resorts, Inc We didn't speak with this guest much during their stay other than a late checkout, which tells us they had a fantastic time! We appreciate the great review.
Loved our stay at Trappeurs Lodge John K. from Streator, IL recommends this property.
Stayed for 6 days in August, 2015 The place was beautiful. Location supreme. We cooked out with the grills supplied and had a blast cooling off in the pool and relaxing in the jacuzzi. I Tracie Klieber really enjoyed the wirpool bath tub. Cool nights and warm days made it all worth the trip.
One of the best places to stay on steamboat!!!! Ramze S. from Fort Collins, CO recommends this property.

Bear lodge David L. from Lakewood, CO recommends this property.
Stayed for 3 days in May, 2015 Property was clean and new and we had a wonderful stay. Even if this property is booked, Courtney was very responsive and accommodating and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again. In addition to the pool and hot tubs at the bear lodge, there's an indoor pool, foosball, and a Ping pong table across the street (and they have towels there). The value of this unit is $800,000 ,twice what it is in trappers lodge, so bear that in mind when comparing rates.
Dual Family Spring Break Getaway John M. from Omaha, NE recommends this property.
Stayed for 5 days in March, 2015 We stayed in the 3 bed 3 bath + den (which had bunk beds). On the third floor. It was perfect for our families. We had 2 families with 4 kids total so the dual masters were great and there was enough space for everyone. The place was very nice and conveniently located with reliable shuttle service to and from the gondola area. We would definitely stay here again.
Bear Lodge Robert C. from Fairfield, CT recommends this property.
Stayed for 7 days in March, 2015 Location was terrific. Shuttle service above and beyond convenient. Amenities very nice and Courtney was superb. We had an issue with garbage disposal and smoke alarms. Issues were taken care of immediately.
An Excellent Stay A guest from Highlands Ranch, CO recommends this property.
Stayed for 4 days in February, 2015 Our multi-generation group visited Bear Lodge for 4 nights in late February 2015. The layout of the condo was perfect for our group and the furnishings were lovely. The bunk room was exactly what our 7 & 9 year old sons wanted for "their" room. The living room is spacious with ample seating for everyone to relax after a full day in Steamboat. The kitchen was well stocked and made cooking for the group a breeze. The two sets of grandparents traveling with us appreciated the elevator to the third floor unit (not a given in all resorts in the area!). The ski storage was conveniently located right at the elevator. We enjoyed the hot tubs and swimming pool onsite as well as the welcome reception across the street. We appreciated the quick shuttle to the base of the mountain and were pleasantly surprised at how regularly it ran and how friendly the drivers were. Our only complaints were very minor and would never keep us from booking again. First, the unit gets VERY warm. We never ran the heat while we were there and often had the doors and windows open, which actually enhanced our experience. The light bulbs put off an amazing amount of heat. We kept the lights off as much as possible but cooking in the kitchen requires light and that is where the hottest bulbs seemed to be. Switching out the bulbs for more energy efficient LEDs would really help this issue! The other minor issue is the amount of time it takes for hot water to reach the unit. We timed it one morning and it was 9 minutes from the time we started the shower until there was hot water. Once it made it to the unit, there was no problem. It did not ruin our stay, we just had to plan ahead!Again - these minor issues would not keep us from booking again. We hope to be back next year!
Trapperus Crossing - Why Stay Anywhere Else? A guest from Glen Allen, VA recommends this property.
Stayed for 4 days in January, 2015 We have been coming to Trappeurs Crossing (Bear and Emerald Lodge) for 7 years and have always had wonderful experiences there. We have no complaints, whatsoever! The shuttle is a HUGE plus in getting you to the grocery store, the slopes and downtown!
Great Visit to Bear Lodge A guest from Raleigh, NC recommends this property.
Stayed for 5 days in January, 2015 Our group of 7 had a great time at Bear Lodge. Plenty of space, clean unit, excellent kitchen. The shuttle was timely but also close enough to walk to/from the gondola. Highly recommend it.
Beautiful and Convenient JJ M. from Winter Park, FL recommends this property.
Stayed for 7 days in December, 2014 The location was great related to mountain with convenient shuttle and simply gorgeous views with the snow crusted trees. Bear Lodge was clean, quaint and quality facility. The only reason I would make a comment is relative to the cost. Overall, outstanding. Taking into account the price for the condo, would simply state, that it would be nice for condo to offer few more amenities (more trash bags, laundry soup, better quality hair care products, maybe even a gift card for groceries). Would also like reserved parking space in garage as many occupants parked more than one vehicle and often could not find a space.Again, great location and loved the condo!
Property Manager Response: Response from Christie Resorts, Inc Thanks for the review. We stock all condos accordingly for each stay and encourage all guests to please call us if they run low or need anything. Unfortunately we received an email after hours from the guest when our office was closed and did not receive until the next day. By that time they had already purchased supplies.
Loved this place A guest from Castle Rock, CO recommends this property.
Stayed for 2 days in August, 2014 We just stayed for the weekend, but had a wonderful time and would stay here again. The condo was spacious, clean and updated and the property was wonderful.

Stayed for 4 days in July, 2014 We had a great time staying at Bear Lodge. It is a new and immaculate property with beautiful architecture and nice finishes/touches. A bit of luxury! The living room and bedrooms were all very good size. Kitchen a little smaller but plenty functional, and nicely appointed. The pool is small but nice, and is flanked by a hot tub on each side. We also enjoyed playing some tennis. I would definitely recommend this property to other travelers.
Excellent property. It was luxurious, clean and spacious. Ted B. from San Antonio, TX recommends this property.
Stayed for 7 days in March, 2014 Excellent property to stay at for families with children. I would have liked to have had some scheduled maid service but nonetheless, I would stay again without a moments further consideration.
Property Manager Response: Response from Christie Resorts, Inc The nightly rate doesn't include daily housekeeping due to the low rates in the summer. We do offer 1 mid stay during the winter seasons or gladly provide additional housekeeping for a nominal charge at all other times.
Excellent Value / Good Location Jeff P. from Palm Harbor, FL recommends this property.
Stayed for 4 days in February, 2014 This property is relatively new and very well maintained. The location is a short walk to the gondola or a 2 minute trip by shuttle. Courtesy shuttle to local restaurants and downtown means no need for a car. I only used mine twice when I arrived from the airport and when I left. I wouldn't reserve a car for my next trip.

Steamboat Springs Get-Away A guest from Ft. Collins, CO recommends this property.
Stayed for 4 days in August, 2012 Our experience was great from beginning to end. What we saw on the website is what we got. Everything promised was exactly what we got - from excellent communication and service by Courtney to the property itself. Check-in and out was easy, the condo was clean, comfortable, beautiful, and it's in a great location. We would definitely use Christie Resorts Inc. again, and we'd love to once again stay in condo 6306 at Bear Lodge.
Great Place for Family Weekend A guest from Thornton, CO recommends this property.
Stayed for 4 days in July, 2012 The condo was an excellent place for our family and Trappeurs Crossing provided wonderful activities during most evenings.
March Stay at Bear Lodge A guest from Portsmouth, NH recommends this property.
Stayed for 5 days in March, 2012 Great rental. Almost brand new. Kitchen well stocked with necessary equipment. Only suggestion would be to clean the dehumidifiers on a regular basis.
Great Stay Nathan S. from Golden, CO recommends this property.
Stayed for 3 days in March, 2012 The Condo was in a great location. Walking distance to the gondola but with ski boots I would just recommend taking the shuttle. It comes by frequently. Ski lockers were a nice touch, right outside the elevator. Hot tub and pool were never crowded. Condo was clean and comfortable.Overall a wonderful vacation!
Bear Lodge Steamboat Bill R. from Tucker, GA recommends this property.
Stayed for 4 days in February, 2012 I thought we were going to be closer to the slopes. There was not much to eat within walking distance. The shuttle to town was o. k.
Property Manager Response: Response from Christie Resorts, Inc Bear Lodge is located 1.5 blocks flat walk directly to the ski area, as advertised. There are a few shops and restaurants at the base area but the property shuttle is also available to downtown where the majority of shops and restaurants are located (3 miles).
