Even better than I expected!
Reviewed by: A guest recommends this property. Stayed for 9 days in August, 2016 This house is beautiful and well taken care of. Had everything we needed. Looked great from the pictures but was even prettier in person. Was clean and well stocked with kitchen appliances and towels. We paid extra for the membership to the club for the week which for our family was probably not worth it but if you have kids who will use the pool and lake activities then I recommend it. The only drawback is that it is about a 20 minute drive down the mountain to the main highway so you have to plan your day accordingly or else you'll spend a lot of time in the car. I would definitely stay here again.
Reviewed by: Mike N. recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in January, 2016 Overall this house is great. It's towards the top of Moonlight (Cowboy Heaven) and the views from the house are second to none. We had 3 couples in our party and the bedroom layout worked perfect for us. The Black Diamond team was very prompt when anything was needed and made our stay that much easier. It's about 100 yards from front door to ski hill, so great location. The house also has a large drying rack for boots/gloves, etc which is a huge benefit!
Reviewed by: John C. recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2015 Dean at Black Diamond was extremely helpful in setting us up with this property. It worked great for two families! The house was well stocked with everything we needed and was very comfortable with 8 people. We were able to ski in/ski out thanks to a great snow the week we were there. The views were beautiful! Thanks Dean for all of your help! We would absolutely stay there again.
A guest from Wintersville, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 9 days in February, 2015 THIS HOUSE IS PERFECT for a large group ski vacation. The heated garage with the mega boot dyer and coat/hat hooks made all the ski gear easy keep organized. Also there are beautifull views and a well equipped kitchen.
Reviewed by: Adam G. recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in July, 2014 The view and experience of Big Sky (Moonlight Basin) is really second to none. This house is incredibly high up on the mountain offering expansive views of pretty much everything.Having said that, the house itself left a little to be desired. The house had an odor that wouldn't quite go away. The downstairs was a bit musty. The ceiling fan squeaked loudly, so air movement was limited. Also, access to the incredible deck was more challenging than it should have been. I sound like I am whining. It was a great place. But for the price, it should have been perfect.
A guest from Wilson, NC recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in February, 2013 The views are magnificent from this very comfortable , well designed mountain home. Great hot tub. Tasteful decorating restraint permits the natural wood and stone to show beautifully. Expect to sleep well on good bedding and enjoy having decent towels and enough of them. The master bath has a double headed shower as well as a deep, jetted bath tub. Lots of hot water for everyone. We like to cook. This quality home should have decent knives, pans, and china as well as more than a few miscellaneous wine glasses. Management was very congenial and responded quickly to help. The location allows skiers the choice of 2 different runs accessing different parts of the mountains and both base areas. You walk carrying your skis a few minutes, climb up the snow bank and put on your skis. We loved this house and hope to return.
