My only recommendation is that the Ownership spend a little time and money on painting the interior. It's a wonderful home and deserves a fresh coat to make it absolutely pristine. |

Perfect Honeymoon Cottage Oneal B. from Enterprise, AL recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in April, 2013 My wife and I were married on the western green in Rosemary Beach on April 13th. Our plans to go out of the country for our honeymoon had to be changed due to the loss of a close friend just before our wedding. The management was very helpful and their willingness to work with us on our scheduling was very kind. Overall we love that part of the panhandle and this place is absolutely incredible in every way. |

Diaz Reviewed by: Susan K. does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2013 The first night we checked in a wedding was being held in the green directly in front of the house. They had a band and it was very loud. The management people were very rude as we tried to unload our stuff. There was no parking out front and we were not told how to access the garage. We had to go in the front to get the opener and they were having a fit because we were out front for all of 5 minutes unloading. The door in the courtyard was impossible to lock. The maintenance company entered our unit without us being there. It took us two days to get maintenance there to fix the freezer, which we had to turn the whole refrigerator off because of the noise it was making when we arrived. The air conditioner stopped working on our second night and had to be repaired. To be honest the tv situation was horrible. No sound on some channels and very few channels to even watch. The furniture was very uncomfortable in the living area. Two of the chairs in the kitchen were broken. We had very few towels and washcloths. The beach access was very convenient except that the green area was filled with kids all the time and the noise travelled directly in our home. It would be an awesome location if you had small children but the home itself had separate bedroom areas, master in the 3rd floor and other bedrooms on the 1st floor. Overall I think it was overpriced for the condition and location of the house. |

Unfortunately Exclusive 30A didn't have any other properties available so we had to go with another company. This house needs a lot of work and different wording on house description as 3 bedroom with carriage house, it reads as 4 bedroom with carriage house. |

Furnishings dissapointing. Basic cable service is not sufficient for premium rental. Laundry facility inadequate for premium rental. Home on need of TLC. Doors had duck tape. Courtyard needs maintenance. Tennis cost $80/hour for doubles. Outrageous. CRC provides amenities free of charge. Perfect location. |

The house has a great porch looking at the ocean. The bedrooms and kitchen were all very nice. We will definitely stay here again. |
