Vacation Condo Rental Description:
Every room has a view to the gulf or heated, private pool. This is a spacious 2-Level unit with upgraded finishes. The bedrooms are appointed with the Luxurious comfort of the "Westin Heavenly Beds". The bedrooms have access to the outdoors. A breakfast bar opens into the dining room and is joined to the living room by beautiful hardwood floors. Covered Parking is provided, so there is no stress searching for limited parking spots. An elevator is adjacent to the parking spot for ease of access to the upper floor. You just can't beat our location and amenities.The area is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. Forty percent of our 53,000 acres is state-owned and therefore protected from future development. Home to one of the most beautiful beaches in the nation, South Walton Beach also has 17 fresh and salt water lakes and the Choctawhatchee Bay. WaterColor offers some of the finest amenities with the most relaxing resort atmosphere which makes vacationing here so rewarding.There are five public parks for residents and guests to relax outside, and a large outdoor amphitheater which serves as the setting for concerts and festivals on Western Lake. There are restaurants for casual or elegant dining, a gourmet market, pools, a boathouse, and a traditional southern cutting garden create an inviting atmosphere. Except for the cutting garden in Cerulean Park, all landscaping at WaterColor beach is native to Florida's Panhandle, and homeowners are encouraged to continue the tradition.

Fabulous Find! A guest from Hickson, TN recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2013 Our vacation rental experience was very nice! We enjoyed the location as well as the lovely home. I do suggest that someone check the dryer in the residence. It will not dry more than 3 towels at a time so we spent most of the week with dirty towels etc.... this was not easy to go all week without washing clothes. Also just to let you know, the bike tires are all 4 flat and there is no remote control in the master bedroom. Just a suggestion, a pop up toaster would be a great addition to the kitchen! We loved our stay, just thought you may want to know a few things from a guests point of view. Thanks!! *Hixson, TN is the proper spelling for city name below. |

Great floor plan and very nicely furnished. The only down side to this condo is my son could not get internet access on the ground floor. We would stay here again. |

Great Spring Break Experience A guest from Germantown, TN recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2013 The location of the condo is perfect!! Short walk to the beach and to Seaside shops/restaurants. Private pool a big plus also. The two-story layout of the condo is perfect if you have kids along - gives them a hangout area downstairs and a way to go in/out without disturbing those upstairs. the furnishings were beautiful and the beds were extremely comfortable. There is an ocean view from the top floor windows and nice decks off of master bedroom and main living area. Our only complaint was the sketchy wifi - we had to reset it frequently. Also, our ATT cell phones did not work inside the condo - but then they did not work very well outside of the condo either (ATT service is very spotty in Seaside/Watercolor). You can't go wrong with this condo! |

The description stated that the property had included 4 bikes, but upon arrival we saw they were all children's bikes and of no use to us. We were assuming we weren't going to have to rent bikes for our family, therefor justifying the cost of the condo, but that wasn't the case. Otherwise, we had a very nice stay in a beautifully kept home. |

Stayed for 7 days in June, 2012 great location,great property, hope to rent again--concerns, requested ironing board and that towel rack in master be fixed the day we checked in-at the end of week still was not fixed and had not recieved iorning board, lack of response we dissapointing, after 2 weeks still have not recieved $250.00 deposit back, followed all check out procedures to the letter and even did some light cleaning that was not required, hope this is just an oversite, we have stayed in this complex of condos several times and would highly reccomend to anyone looking for premium accommodations in a great location |
