This comfortable, stylish property with one bedroom plus spacious study is perfect for a short break or business relocation with a convenient location just 10min from Perth CBD, 10 min from the stunning Floreat or City Beach and right on the doorstep of the vibrant café strips & restaurants of Leederville & Subiaco. With a shared resort style pool area as well as a private outdoor area with BBQ you can easily relax in the lovely Victoria Gardens Villa.

As you enter the property you have the kitchen on your left with a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle & toaster as well as all crockery & cutlery needed for your stay.

The Lounge/Dining area is open plan to give the property a spacious feel. The lounge has a comfortable sofa that can convert to another bed for extra guests if required. There is a TV and DVD player and double doors lead out to a private, undercover outside area with BBQ, outdoor dining setting & outdoor lounge.

The Master bedroom has a Queen sized bed, a TV and the window overlooks the lovely outside area. The sofa bed is available for extra guests on request.
The bathroom is semi ensuite to the Master bedroom with a shower, vanity & bath. The toilet is separate. There is a laundry area which is complete with washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board etc.

The property has a split air conditioning system to keep you cool in our summer months & warm you up during our mild winters. There is also a gas heater if needed.

Wireless internet is available at an added weekly cost.
