Walking distance to Sea Lab and Estuarium. 5 mins. to Public Boat Launch. Plenty of parking under home for extra vehicles or boat trailer. Maximum occupancy 9 guests. Pet Friendly with $100 non-refundable deposit per pet. Washer and dryer. All linens provided. Charcoal grill. No smoking. Additional Charges: Cleaning Fee, Lodging Tax 11%, Non-refundable Reservation fee $35 and $50 Damage Waiver. Travel Insurance is now offered. Partial weeks available.
