Cancellation Policy:
sorry, no full cancellation refunds unless property rented for same amount. If new tenant pays less, then that amount will be credited to cancelling tenant. Costs to secure replacement tenant to be paid by cancelling party.

You can purchase travel insurance to cover emergency cancellation losses.

Terms and Conditions:
Damage deposit reduced to $500 for weekend rentals.
All rent money due for summer rentals must be completely paid 2 months before arrival.

Damage deposit and cleaning fee must be received no later than 2 weeks before your arrival.
