Castillo de Arena on the Beach is a stunning 5 bedroom, 3 bath beach front home beautifully decorated. With all the amenities you need to make your stay in Rocky Point a memorable one. Brick dome ceilings and endless tile features compliment a unique colorful design that will undoubtedly brighten your day. It consists of two parts, the Main part of the House faces the Ocean and it has three bedrooms and 2 baths, Two of these bedrooms have Ocean views and direct access to the Patio, the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, the Main House also features a big living room with spectacular views of the Ocean, full kithen and dining room; the separate quarters are right behind the Main house and they have 2 more bedrooms and one bath. One of the bedrooms has a king size bed and the other bedroom has two full size beds. There is also a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster and microwave. satellite TV. Also included are a DVD, central heating and cooling, and a large front deck with patio furniture and a barbecue. Sheets and towels furnished. There is parking for 2 or three cars. Owner requests no pets. 2-night Minimum during the week; 3-night minimum during weekends in March, April, May, and October and all Holidays.
