The property looks out onto a conservation area with amazing views of natural woodland - watching the eagles floating on the thermals is a sure way of relaxing after the hustle & bustle of the theme parks or shopping!For your enjoyment we provide TVs with DVD player, PS2, a stereo system, iPod docking station and a selection of family games as well as our fabulous Games Room. We also have bedtime story books for the children in the bedside cabinets. I have been very pleased with both the house and the ease of working with Florida Spirit Vacation Homes. Both times the house was as described, clean and is located in a quite neighborhood. The location was close Disney World, shopping, and restaurants. The reservation process is a painless as it gets. You arrive at the house, use the lock box to access your house key and just leave it there at the end of your stay. I would recommend this location and management company to any of my friends. |

Great place to stay but needs some minor maintenance work A guest from Grover, NC recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in April, 2012 My family and I had a nice time in this rental house, but there were a few maintenance issues that should be resolved before the next renter arrives. The stove's back right burner element needs replaced. You can't use it. It just falls out. We used the dishwasher 1 time and decided we did not want to eat off dishes smelling like someone puked. I washed the remainder of the dishes that we used. However, other than that, the stay was great! We walked in and it was very clean and very nice looking. The kids were in the pool every minute they could get in it. The location is nice and quiet. We would definitely stay there again if those few things were fixed. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2012 Having rented from FSVH before our expectations were high for this rental and we were'nt disappointed.The house was everything that was represented,the pool heat was on when we arrived (although with the high temperatures outside we really didn't need it). Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby for any taste, and close to Disney. FSVH is really a first class company and we will definitely continue to use and recommend them. |
