Stephanie E. from Gulfport, MS does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in June, 2016 We have used fsvr several times now but this time was just BAD! The bathtub upstairs was clogged from the first shower(so we it filled with previous people's funk). The water didn't stay warm for more than two showers and in a house that size I would expect it could stay warmer little longer. When we came home at night roaches swarmed the downstairs area continuously. I have no problem killing a roach or two but this cleared the entire family to the upstairs because so bad. We are very clean people too and certified in home daycare business so not sure what the issue in house was. All doors and garage was closed. Also no fans in any rooms and they wanted air on 78. News flash it's hot in the south. this stay was not a good one at all. I even emailed second night and still haven't received response.

A guest from Columbus, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2012 Our kids loved the pool of course and spent a lot of time in it. Overall the home is beautiful and decently equipped. I wish the second children's bedroom either had a cable box, digital converter box or dvd. There was only one channel that came in and it wasn't a kid-friendly channel. The couch springs are gone and we just sat on the loveseat and chair. Despite this, we had a wonderful stay. Can't wait to return!

I was not informed about the comforter issue and they didn't arrive until Thursday the 4th day of our stay. The heated pool was a great plus and the location was good.

The first time the house presented minor plumbing problems. This time again the water in the shower of the bedroom with queen bed was not flowing well. We called the support center and they send someone to fix it. It did not work but we gave up since we were busy going to the parks with our kids. Some relatives that stayed until last day did not know about the check out time. The housekeeper arrived and they were still there. They said they would come back but did not say about the 35.00 US$ fee. The management office was very efficient to charge us the US$ 35.00 but they were never concerned about the shower problems. I talked to the lady responsible for our reservation and she showed no concerns about our satisfaction. This is not very smart and professional. We have already spent US$ 2,000.00 renting that house.
