Private hot tub on deck, Community pool, 25' of dock space located at Sailfish Canal #5 (directly behind property). Covered parking for boat and jet ski trailer. Master suite with King bed, private balcony and jacuzzi tub, 2nd bedroom on first floor with Queen bed and bunk beds, 3rd bedroom on top floor is a master bedroom with Queen bed and bunk beds, Queen sleep sofa in living area, 4 TVs, 2 VCRs, DVD, highspeed wireless internet connection , stereo with CD player, gas grill, port-a-crib/travel play pen, high chair, ceiling fans, extensive book collection, puzzles, covered deck with furniture. View of marina and canal. Parking for 3 vehicles maximum.
