"rustico" cottage, renovated in 2010, surrounded by fields and vineyards. 10 km from the centre of Scansano, 25 km from the centre of Grosseto, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 40 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: garden, swimming pool (12 x 5 m, depth 120 - 180 cm, 24.04.-09.10.). Patio, parking in the grounds. Shop 10 km, supermarket 20 km, restaurant 5 km, bakers 10 km. Riding stables 3 km. Nearby attractions: Porto Santo Stefano 45 km, Castiglione della Pescaia 50 km, Pitigliano 50 km. Please note: car essential. The owner lives in the same grounds. The owner has a dog. There are 2 horses belonging to the owner kept on the grounds. Please note that the pool is sometimes used by the owner.
