In the hamlet Resselin 600 m from the centre of Gressan, 3.5 km from the centre of Pila, 4 km from the centre of Aosta, in a sunny position, 4 km from the ski-run. For shared use: grounds, garden (fenced) with flowers. Garden furniture. In the house: store for bicycles, ski storage. Parking by the house. Shop, grocers 300 m, supermarket 3 km, restaurant, bus stop 300 m, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km. Golf course 5 km, tennis 1 km, riding stables 4 km, chair lift 3 km, ice rink 3 km. Please note: Property ref. IT3008.100.2 is situated on the same grounds.
