Canale 13 km from Alba: Rustic semi-detached house "Wellness House", from the 19th century, renovated in 2010. In the centre of Canale d'Alba. In the house: sauna, whirlpool (all included). Motor access to the house. Parking. Grocers, restaurant, bar 200 m. Riding stables 3 km. Please note: car essential. Not suitable for small children. The wellness area is situated on the ground floor.
