The Loft:
This loft is completely designed by an architect and is exceptionally suited for a family or two couples. This very special vacation rental is furnished with intelligence and comfort. It is located at 2nd French floor via stairs within a very quite internal court full of lights and sun.

Downstair we have a 45 square metres living area with a kitchen separate zone, a dining zone with a table suitable for 7/8 people, and a sitting zone with sofas, armchairs, Tv cable, etc. The 2 single sofas are convertible.
The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, four fires cook top, oven and microwave, washing/drying machine, dishwater and serving utensils.

To go upstairs on the mezzanine you have a cockle stairs, a real example of elegance and modern design: it is centripetal but not really suitable for too young and too old people.
At mezzanine you’ll have two opposite sleeping areas provided by two queen size beds. The bathroom has shower-tub, lavabo, WC and bidet. There is also an additional WC and lavabo in the living area.

Finally the apartment provides: Iron and ironing board, hair dryer, linens and high speed connection for your laptop.

1. RESERVATIONS
After verifying the availability of the apartment you've chosen, fill out the "Reservation" form by indicating your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, the dates for your stay, and the number of persons.

2. DEPOSIT PAYMENT
We must receive a booking deposit for your reservation corresponding to 30% of the total cost of the rental. Your reservation will be definitively accepted and reserved in your name only when your deposit is received. You can pay by credit card, bank transfer or Paypal. The €uro is the only accepted currency.

3. BALANCE PAYMENT
The balance must be paid at the latest cash on the arrival or at least 7 days before the arrival by credit card, Bank transfer or Paypal.

4. PRICE
The price includes:
> Household linen, dishes and electrical appliances.
> Costs of water, real estate and residence taxes. Consumption of electricity is included for rentals of less than 4 weeks.
> Personal reception at the apartment on arrival and on departure for formalities and keys.
> Household insurance that covers the apartment but not the tenants and their personal effects.
The standart price includes:
- 1 double bed for 1-2 persons (price for 1-2 people).
- 2 double beds for 3-4 persons (price for 3-4 people).
If you need 2 beds (for a 2 people rental), an extra fee of 50 euros is applied for the extra bed.
If you need 3 beds (for a 3-4 people rental), an extra bed of 50 euros is applied for the third
bed.
The price does not include:
> Your telephone calls
> Consumption of electricity for rentals of 4 weeks and plus.
> The refundable damage security deposit shall be 30% of the total rental (not less than 300 euros).
> An extra charge of 20% applicable in the period Christmas/New Year's Eve only.

5. CANCELLATION
We do not refund the booking deposit if the cancellation is made less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival. We refund the booking deposit (less 100 euros for administration costs) if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the scheduled arrival.

6. NUMBER OF PERSONS OCCUPYING THE FLAT
The number of persons cannot be more than the number of beds indicated on the reservation contract (number also includes children less than 2 years old). If the number of occupants is not respected, we reserve the right to cancel the rental contract and keep the entire cost of your rental.

7. LATE CHECK IN
For a check in after 8:00 pm, we will charge the tenant a 50 euros extra. For a check in after 12:00 pm, we will charge the tenant a 80 euros extra
