In the house: sauna, fitness room. Supermarket 2.4 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, pebble beach 5 km. Golf course 3.7 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, y Benidorm Palace (Benidorm). Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. From October to May, the swimming pool will be covered and heated.

Access: motorway AP-7, exit number "Altea". Railway station in the resort. Harbour Club Nautico. Calpe 10 km. Benidorm 10 km. For arrivals by plane: airport Valencia-Manises (VLC) 135 km, Alicante-El Altet (ALC) 65 km. Pretty, picturesque old town with shops. Lovely seaside promenade. Many international artists are based in Altea, giving the town a bohemian character. Golf course. Market on Tuesdays. A car is recommended.
