This well-appointed weekly rental features a swimming pool with outdoor shower, beachside cabana, and propane grill. Located just 4 miles from George Town and 5 miles from the airport (GGT), its central location is very quiet and beautiful.

Enjoy sunsets over the water and access to a small marina are only steps away. We really are located at the Water's Edge!

Also included with this rental is the owner's personal guidebook giving directions and details to the island's most beautiful deserted beaches, best beachside shack for succulent lobster dinners (Santana's), great out-of-the-way snorkeling locations, etc. There is a new restuarant/bar within walking distance called "Catch A Fire".

The CONCIERGE will greet you at the airport, show you to the house, and introduce you to the amenities of the home. She will book you a fishing trip, a boat rental or boating trip, or a sightseeing excursion. She will even cook you an authentic Bahamian syle meal in the house at your request. She will buy groceries for you and have them at the house for your arrival. She is on-call at all times if you need anything.
