For shared use: natural state grounds 2'000 m2, meadow 4'000 m2. Patio, arbour, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace, children's playground. In the house: central heating, burglar alarm, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Steep, narrow motor access (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking in the grounds.
