Walk to resturants and entertainment in town or curl up to roaring wood fire while surfing the net.There is 1 TV and a stereo There is a king in the master bedroom along with it's own bath. The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds. There is also a hide a bed in the living room. A gas grill is on the deck so you can admire the fabulous view of the surrounding mountains and Lake Dillon. There is a free shuttle that can help you explore all of Summit County or take a trip to the slopes. This is a non-smoking complex!

Great place. Great location. Good price for a group. A guest from Washburn, IL recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in March, 2013 The experience was very smooth. Our late check in went very well. We had a few minor things need to be fixed throughout our week stay. When someone came to fix the leaking sink they left and he left a bowl of water with a clog of hair from the sink. That is my only complaint, otherwise everything was great! |

Timberline #26 A guest from Boynton Beach, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in January, 2013 The condo was in an excellent location. Great view. It was reasonably clean. That's the important stuff. We had to wait a bit to get in because the previous guest checked out late. Quite a few lights were unplugged and several wall switches did nothing. Way too many fake plants scattered around. Bathroom fan did not work. Utility room was way too warm and looked like a fire hazard. And it was strange that the main entance is through the bedrooms. |

Timberline 26, good location, somewhat run down. David E. from Sanger, Texas does not recommend this property. Stayed for 5 days in December, 2012 We were a late check in, so the keys and unit info were in a lock box. The key turned out to be the wrong one. After numerous calls to an answering service and 30 minutes later, we got new keys. The property is in an excellent location with a great view. The beds were very comfortable. Sofa bed had not been unfolded in quite some time. It was filthy with food from people eating on the couch. The oven had been wiped out with something that created awful fumes and smoke when we first used it. The dishwasher didn't work. One of the bathrooms had the plunger sitting on the carpet by the toilet.We were comfortable, but a little grossed out. |

My husband and I stayed with our two young boys and my parents for a weekend trip. The place is clean and spacious. We found a well stocked kitchen and comfortable living space, and the back deck has a SPECTACULAR view. The queen beds are not the most comfortable (although the king bed is fine) and it would have been nice to have some shampoo in the house (I didn't realize there wouldn't be any basic toiletries) but other than that, we really loved our stay here. |

There is a nice breakfast cafe within walking distance. There is shopping and dining and a whole bunch of activities that you can do. I would definitely recommend it, we are going to return. |
