OK Property. Good views. Very noisy location. Alan F. from Louisville, CO does not recommend this property. Stayed for 14 days in May, 2013 While the property location looks perfect on line, we quickly discovered that this area is a very popular "hang out" for locals into the early hours of the morning most nights of the week but particularly Friday & Saturday. Basketball court being used until 3.00am, we called the police two nights running. Plenty of room on the beach and small playground ideal for little kids.Property itself OK but getting old, door handle had to be replaced and sofa back broken.Would not rent this property again or recommend.Liked Oxnard and will likely return but to a different location. |

The bathrooms and Master bedroom were really nice. However, I feel the kitchen could use an upgrade especially the dishes since the silverware and glassware were very clouded from either the dishwasher not working properly or hard water. The dishwasher didn't seem to clean the dishes that well. The couch in the livingroom was very uncomfortable with boards under the cushions. I would stay there again, but would hope that these things were upgraded. The property management company was very friendly and professional. |

The attention the RE?MAX staff, lead by Kristina, was outstanding. All of the few minor problems were quickly addressed and resolved. The entire REMAX staff were delightful to work with. Having worked with other real estate companies, who seemed more interested in rules and money we found this to be our most pleasant stay ever. PS Pittsburgh is spelled with an "h" at the end. |

There's a public beach park right out front -- great for the daytime and kids but during the night, it can be loud with people partying. Views from the unit are fantastic! Having a private garage to park in was fantastic.The Not So Good: The unit is not conducive to having a small child. A child could easily fit through the metal railing between the first and second levels. The unit needs new pots/pans, silverware, and glasses. The TVs need to be replaced too.The Verdict: Overall the unit is great for two adults. One child could be accomodated as long as the child can negotiate stairs and is too big to squeeze through the railing on the second level. |
