Fabulous Beds, Really nice bedrooms - everything clean and nice. Plenty of Room - great to have 2 baths - I would recommend putting grab bars in the showers for safety. Awesome View Right Next to Huge Waves rolling in. The only thing I would recommend is getting a new chair or two in the Living Room for those of us that have bad knees and have trouble getting out of low furniture. But this is truly one of the best places I have ever stayed. Highly Recommend!!!! I will be back! |

It was just as advertised on the web-site and we found the place very well cared for.The unit was beautifully stocked with many items above and beyond what you would expect from a rental. The only two improvements that could be made are replacing the BBQ grill with one that is full sized rather than table top, and also add a blind of some sort on the deck side that would give more privacy from the neighbor. The house, the ammenities, the location, the warmth of the home made the experience magical in so many ways for me and now I begin to create new memories. I have already reserved it for next year as I loved everything about it. Blessed with whales, sea lions and seals swimming by daily to entertain me, fabulous cookouts, sunsets... I would recommend this to anyone looking for a wonderful place to get away, relax and get lost in the magic of living in the moment.... |

It is a short walk to town as well as to long stretches of beach. The home is tastefully decorated. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the dishes/utensils that you could need. The owners have obviously thought about all that their renters could need and have provided it all. They have created such a welcoming space that I felt like a guest in their home and not just a renter. It was a pleasure to deal with Bayshore. Our stay went without a hitch but it was reassuring to know that if we had encountered any problems help would have been readily available. We hope that this home is available when we make our next visit to Yachats. |

It couldn't have a more spectacular view of the rocky coast. Since beach access requires a walk from the house, I would caution parents of young children to be watchful. The owners of the house are unusually generous with their supplies and belongings. (A new bag of marshmallows and extra toothbrushes are among the many amenities.)I did have a mix-up with Bayshore Rentals (1st time in many years of rentals from them)regarding the final payment. I'm still not sure what happened, but it did work out. |

The pictures sold us on the house, with the waves splashing against the rocks at the edge of the property. The other pictures were very helpfull.The pictures of all the properties were very helpful. The only suggestion I have is that one of the bathrooms should be made handicap helpful. We had a 85 year old with us and it was a little difficult for her to take a shower. Maybe the rental office could have a shower chair available if needed. But a hand rail in the tub would also be helpful. It was wonderful to be able to look at the sea lions and whales with the binoculars provided. We were very suprised to find so many things stocked in the cabinets. The sight outside the windows was very relaxing and a beautiful view. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. |

If you are looking to beach comb or get in the water there is no beach access(there is 2 a couple blocks from property) and it is very rocky, but that is what makes this place so beautiful. The waves crashing, birds playing in the water and fishing boats going by are always drawing your eyes out the window. TV????who needs it with this nature show!! |

Dirty areas on doors cupboards etc.. Bad spots on living room carpets, we cleaned them and got most of them up. The living room heater quit working because someone put a suitcase or object in front of it (maybe the stay before you) and those heaters have a safety feature that shuts it off so objects don't catch fire. We apologize, next time please call us, we are on call 24/7 and would have been happy to fix the heater. The carpets have been cleaned. |
