Vacation Condo Rental Description:
The fabulous Keawakapu Beach is just a short 10 minute stroll from the Palms at Wailea. This beach is world famous for its great snorkeling and long stretch of beach. The Palms at Wailea is a gorgeous property; lush with tropical landscaping. There is a large pool and hot tub that is perfect for sunbathing and has a magnificent view of the ocean from the pool area. We are pleased that our properties at the Palms at Wailea have been chosen to be featured in the number 1 selling book "Maui Revealed" and their website. These properties were chosen because of their superior quality and great rates!
Unit 603 was recently refurbished in Nov 2011. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and unlike most units at the Palms, it is fully air conditioned. It has new flat screen TVs, high speed wireless that is complimentary and has new beds. It is freshly painted and has high quality linens. There is a new king bed in the master and a new queen bed in the guest room. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room. This condo can sleep 6.

Love Maui and the Palms Bart H. from Calgary, Alberta recommends this property. Stayed for 14 days in March, 2013 The Palms is our favourite place to stay in Maui. Room 603 was in very good shape but we had an incident the second to last day with water from the room above but the property management and rental management groups got on it right away. The 2 bedroom room size is perfect for our group and the lanai's can't be beat for comfort and use. We make great use of the kitchen and can't beat having your own barbeque on the patio. We love Keawakapu beach - 10 minute walk or 1 minute drive and there is very good parking, lots of space and a great beach. |

#603 at Palms at Wailea A guest from Nelson, BC does not recommend this property. Stayed for 9 days in March, 2013 The location was great! Walking distances to great beaches and some of the amenities. Unfortunately the unit is very close to the streets therefore very noisy always. The unit is very tired looking compared to the other units we have stayed in at the Palms. It could use a lot of TLC! Ants were crawling all over the kitchen counters, stains( query mould) in one area of the carpet in the master bedroom. Recent food stains still on some of the living room furniture which I had to clean off as well as garbage behind the couch. The pull out bed in the living room is very old and uncomfortable. I would strongly suggest that you provided a memory foam to put over top of mattress or replace the entire hide-a-bed. All door frames leading to the outside patio could use a cleaning and mabe a bit of WD40 to make the doors slide easier.We also found that the lock on the window in front of the sink would not securely fasten therefore in doubt of security if someone tried to break in. It wouldn't be a challenge. When having to deal with the property management they were pleasant and did provided the basics when asked. (we only were provided with 1 bar of soap for 4 people/ran out of toilet paper/fuel for the barbeque). We loved our vacation but didn't spend a whole lot of time in the condo partly due to the above mentioned things. |

Unit 603 at the Palms of Wailea - What a Noisy Nightmare A guest from Gresham, OR does not recommend this property. Stayed for 5 days in March, 2012 We were very unhappy with our stay for several reasons. The unit was located right on a busy intersection that had many motorcycles purposely reving engines all day and night-we could not even keep our sliders open for air. In the kitchen we were constantly killing ants- and we also found then crawling on us while sitting on the sectional. The unit was not confortable or nicely decorated and we were eager to move to a different location. |

Perfect place for my two year old to run out the back patio and around the grass. My only complaint was the traffic noise from the street prevented us from keeping our doors open at night but overall a great value. |
