Stayed for 13 days in March, 2013 The privacy of the lanai and the oceanfront location of 127 made up for the vintage condition of the condo. This is the only unit I want to rent for my visits in the future. |

Could be a bit noisy--we were in a ground floor unit. It was nice to be able to book the reservation online instead of having to call or email a message and wait for a reply. The wireless internet access was not good so we had to either sit by the pool or out on the lawn in front of the pool. It was certainly nice to be able to watch for whales just sitting on the lanai! |

The condo was clean but very dated and really needed painting, upgrades and repairs. We travelled with a large group and our condo was the most expensive and the only one that hadn't been updated. We would recommend it though as just before we left, the lanai furniture was replaced with really nice stuff. The day we vacated a new cook top, screen door and lanai carpet were being installed. They also painted the lanai tables. |

The area is also prone to theft and break-in. This is a ground floor unit, so don't leave anything unattended, and always lock the lanai door. Nice location and complex but condo itself in need of updating. A guest from Quesnel, BC recommends this property. Stayed for 12 days in February, 2011 The location of this property is amazing, ground floor on the beach. The unit itself is outdated and has no dishwasher, oven or air conditioning. At first we were surprised but honestly missed none of the above. We didn't even notice there was no oven until part way through the stay. The stove top though needs some repair as none of the elements sat level. The kitchen had adequate supplies but the knives were dull to the point of being useless and the utensils were in a state of disrepair. The dresser drawers in the bedroom also need repairing as they didn't slide well and one had to be jimmied shut in order to open the second. Internet was spotty and even carrying the laptop to the recommended centers it cut in and mostly out until the end of our stay when many guests had checked out - then we could even get it in our suite. The complex itself had a nice pool and great BBQ's. The other guests were great and we even got invited to a 65th wedding anniversary. |
