This recently built and modernized 2br/2ba two level beach home is ideally located just stpes away from both the beach as well as the bay and has all the amenities you need to have an amazing stay in Mission Beach.

Vacation cut short A guest from Peoria, AZ does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in March, 2013 The beach house owner lives next door. We had about 12 people inside the house for about the length of a song and she came over threatening us and called the police. We were booted and fined $1000 for breaking the "party" clause in the morning. I understand being kicked out, we angered the neighbors. But be careful if you have even a few friends over after midnight. Their ideas of a party, and therefore the fine, are very, very strict. Also note that this is not simply a stand alone duplex like the definition and picture alludes. It's attached to another property. So you essential share walls from below and the left of the house. It's a great location! Very, very close to the beach (2 minutes walking). It's a really nice place. If you're young, and on Spring Break, this is probably not the property for you. |

A beautiful condo on Mission Beach A guest from Paradise Valley, AZ recommends this property. Stayed for 13 days in July, 2012 We had a wonderful stay here. THe kitchen was beautifully remodeled and has every thing you need. I really liked having the master bedroom upstairs for privacy. The master bath was very nice and roomy. The location of this condo was ideal since my husband & I wanted to be away from the Boardwalk. Although we wished we had a better patio with a view. The owner and rental agency went above and beyond in helping out with extra items. I would stay here again. |
