This two bedroom, two bath condo is ideally located in the heart of La Jolla Shores Village and is in walking distance to all. Of course, the beach and park are just steps from the front door, but in addition within a few short blocks there are multiple restaurants (both casual and fine dining), as well as kayaking, bike tours, surfing lessons, scuba diving, shopping, as well as a local grocery store. The quaint neighborhood setting, pristine beaches and parks, and centralized location all combine to make this condo perfect for a beach getaway.
This penthouse condo has two bedrooms and two baths. The roomy master bedroom has a queen bed, a 32" flat screen and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed, 25" flat screen and a shared bath. Additional sleeping space for a 5th guest is provided with a luxury air mattress that can be set up in either the living room or master bedroom.
The ocean view living room offers comfortable seating for five guests and the well stocked kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals at home. In addition, there is also a private ocean view balcony complete with lounge chairs and a gas BBQ grill where you can spend your afternoons enjoying the cool ocean breezes and the magnificent La Jolla sunsets.

Stayed for 7 days in March, 2012 The condo was located directly across the street from the beautiful La Jolla Shores beach. Our balcony had a view of the ocean and the boardwalk which was perfect for walking and riding bikes. It was a quiet area without traffic and noise, yet had a very cozy feel of watching patrons going to the beach or taking a leisurely walk. Within walking distance (around the corner) were three exquisite Italian Restaurants which we really enjoyed. The "Cove " with all the shops and beach front dining was approximately 5 minutes away by car. What a great place to spend the afternoon, shopping, dining and sight seeing! The condo itself was immaculately clean! It met all our needs with an abundance of towels and extra blankets. We had a great time and would definitely choose this place again for our next La Jolla vacation! I highly recommend it. |

Leider nur ein winziger Balkon, auf dem keine 4 Personen Platz hatten. Der Strand wurde von Tag zu Tag schmaler, da die Algenflut nicht weggeräumt wurde. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir Ende der Saison dort waren. Auf jeden Fall war der Strand so nicht schön. |
