Winter Texans at SIV, Unit #34 A guest from Cambridge, OH recommends this property.
Stayed for 92 days in December, 2015 We were very pleased with our 3 month rental experience as Winter Texans at SIV, Unit #34.
My Port Aransas Condo Experience A guest from Sulphur, OK does not recommend this property.
Stayed for 4 days in October, 2015 We arrived at our Port A condo late at night after a 10 hour drive and this was our experience - open the door and FIRST thing we see is **** roaches crawling up wall!! Next is - no hot water! Also the "gulf view" that was advertised was almost non-existent.Although the condo was "ok," it was impossible for me to get over the creepy roaches.

Stayed for 3 days in August, 2015 Only 2 problems with the condo. The kitchen sink did not drain and the disposal did not work. There were roaches also. Everything else was satisfactory.
Port A condo A guest from KERNERSVILLE, NC recommends this property.
Stayed for 4 days in July, 2015 Roomy 2nd floor condo, the LR is very bright! Nice back deck with plenty of ocean breeze. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms clean. The complex is right off the beach and the pool was a welcome addition as well. Even though we had our 4 year old grandson with us, we did not use the playground. It looked terribly hot, there is no shade. It's only about 35 minutes from Corpus Christi, so we were able to get to the Lexington and to some local restaurants easily.I think this is probably a better set up for more local travelers who could bring chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, coolers, and basic dry goods with them. All in all, though, the condo was great for us.
Sea Isle Village, Unit #34 A guest from Cambridge, OH recommends this property.
Stayed for 90 days in January, 2015 We are Winter Texans, who rent #34 at Sea Isle Village for 3 months, Jan, Feb. & Mar,. The unit is very well cared for by the owner and we enjoy spending our winters there. The décor is tastefully done in a beach theme.
Gonzales Escape A guest from San Antonio, TX recommends this property.
Stayed for 3 days in December, 2014 My family loves Port A and we enjoy staying within walking distance from the beach-Sea Isle Village offers beach access. This property is an older complex but overall it is well maintained. Unit 34 is a "fairly" renovated unit with a few things that could be improved or replaced-electric stove top grids and non-stick cooking pans-we enjoy cooking breakfast. I would recommend Sea Isle Village for its convenient location.
Beach Babe - Sea Isle Village A guest from Wimberley, TX recommends this property.
Stayed for 30 days in September, 2014 Spent a lot of time out on the back Balcony. The room was clean. All the people working there where really nice.
port aransas condo A guest from austin, TX recommends this property.
Stayed for 2 days in August, 2014 the condo is in a good location and the walk to the beach is very short. the property is a bit old and run down looking from the outside. the inside was clean and had all the proper amenities. the dishes were a bit sticky- we had to wash everything before using them.
Bad stay Velisa V. from Austin, TX does not recommend this property.
Stayed for 4 days in July, 2014 The photos are miss leading. The condo is not taken care of. The tile is cracking all over the condo. There is mold growing in showers, the shower door had no rollers. Very difficult to open the door. We had no hot water from day one. The dishwasher fell out of the opening when you opened it. Landed on my foot. Will never stay in this condo again or use your service.

Stayed for 4 days in July, 2014 although was a great size, was disappointed in that the view was not what was advertised. Recovering from a hip replacement so the extended long walk from the further condo was not appreciated. Clean but older - extra large deck
Family Getaway A guest from Malakoff, TX recommends this property.
Stayed for 3 days in June, 2014 Our family enjoyed three nights and four days at Port Aransas. The rental was clean, well appointed, and close to the beach. We stayed here last year and will be back.
Port Aransas Disappointment Deborah G. from buda, TX does not recommend this property.
Stayed for 2 days in April, 2014 I have been to Port A at least a dozen times and never spent this much for a property like this. They charged me $55 for a departure clean, but the property was not clean when I got there. Furniture in SIV 34 VERY uncomfortable and I would say the property couldn't sleep more than 4 although it advertised as sleeping 8 (children, maybe they meant). I couldn't sit on the couch or armchair without pillows...I doubt anyone could sleep on the couch. The three beds we did have rolled around or sweeked terribly when getting into bed or rolling over. 1/4 of our porch had a view of the Gulf but NOT the beach due to the dunes. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.
Sandfest Family Trip!!! Emily C. from New Braunfels, 78130 recommends this property.
Stayed for 2 days in April, 2014 You provided the perfect condo for my family and I to enjoy the weekend. The only thing I would like to see is a walkway or some kind of barrier made along the beach access. (i.e. Port Royal) Other than that I completely enjoyed it. Thank you.
Winter Texan A guest from Cambridge, OH recommends this property.
Stayed for 90 days in January, 2014 We rented #34 at Sea Village in Port Aransas, TX for the months of Jan., Feb., and Mar., and plan to return next winter to SIV, #34. We enjoy our winter stays in Port Aransas and would recommend this property and unit to others.
Family Vacation Anne R. from San Antonio, TX recommends this property.
Stayed for 3 days in August, 2013 We had a wonderful time at Beach Babe. Nothing fancy, but it had all we needed and the porch was wonderful.
Good place slight deception JOHN P. from Fredericksburg, Texas recommends this property.
Stayed for 5 days in August, 2013 Overall the room was very nice. The washer and dryer was a great careful what you see on the pictures , We rented this unit because of the washer and dryer and the nice breakfast table and chairs on the balcony. When we got there low and behold there was no table and chairs on the balcony. Had I known I would have brought a folding table from home. I rented unit number 34 and if you the owner read this know that your management team needs to check the filters on the washer and dryer and the AC unit. I cleaned all of them but you could spend a lot of money on repairs simply because of your personnel not checking these filters. Overall everything was clean and up to date but you may need to ask if the rooms are as seen in the photos. The pool was great.
Functual Value DAVID C. from AUSTIN, TX recommends this property.
Stayed for 3 days in August, 2013 Condo was clean, but dated. Everything worked. The A/C could be a bit stronger. Staff was attentive to our needs and friendly besides. Good access to beach, although a bit of a walk. Close enough for convenience, yet far enough from the noisy beach for a pleasant stay. Excellent pool!
Great stay in Port A A guest from New Braunfels, TX recommends this property.
Stayed for 5 days in July, 2013 we enjoyed the condo and people were very friendly, pool felt good after a day on the beach!
Beach Babe in Sea Isle Village Lesley C. from Austin, TX does not recommend this property.
Stayed for 3 days in July, 2013 The complex is old and a little run down, but still in pretty good condition. This particular unit was very clean and had everything you need.
Very nice! Amanda T. from San Antonio, TX recommends this property.
Stayed for 2 days in June, 2013 Our first time renting a condo and it was wonderful! We had 2 children, 2 teenagers, and 4 adults and it was perfect. It's was much better then staying in 2 hotel rooms. One of the evenings we were there it rained and we sat on the big balcony with some drinks, then went in and played cards on the good-sized table. We had a wonderful time.
Beach Babe Matthew M. from Austin, TX recommends this property.
Stayed for 2 days in May, 2013 I liked the nice big deck in the back. The master bed had a screw out that made the bed slump a bit. I would definitely do it again.
Perfect location and Great Spring Break! A guest from WILLIS, TEXAS recommends this property.
Stayed for 5 days in March, 2013 Rented the condo for my grandson and a few of his friends for spring break- it was great and having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms worked out perfect!
Holiday getaway Mark M. from Euless, TX recommends this property.
Stayed for 4 days in December, 2012 The only thing we were not happy with was the condition of the furniture. The couch and chairs were very low quality and seemed soiled, other than that, we were very happy with our stay.
Port A A guest from Katy, TX does not recommend this property.
Stayed for 3 days in November, 2012 We enjoyed our stay but were expecting a better view of the water. We only had a view if we sat in the far corner of the patio.
Sea Isle review A guest from Houston, TX recommends this property.
Stayed for 2 days in October, 2012 Overall my vacation stay was good. First impression of property exterior was a concern as buildings appeared as a run down motel. Think paint would be a great improvement. As to walkway to beach the grass around the walkway was overgrown. Condo interior was nice and clean. Fully furnished, comfy beds and balcony with high beach chairs. Again overall visit was good. My friends and I had a nice time.
Bachelorette Weekend A guest from Georgetown, TX recommends this property.
Stayed for 3 days in September, 2012 Just a few minor problems such as a leaking blender (although we had brought one of our own!) and the sofa was not very comfortable. Great deck furniture with a limited ocean view. Older complex, but pretty well maintained. Plenty of interior space for our group. Nice big pool, but only 3 lounge chairs.

Stayed for 2 days in August, 2012 I was told we could check in early.we got to check in at 4 00. The bathtub had lots of mold in it.If you are looking to be near the water this place is right on the water.
Fun with Family Irene R. from San Antonio, TX recommends this property.
Stayed for 2 days in August, 2012 This was our first time staying in Port A, the property was not as close as it looks on the web. Sofa bed was not as comfy, the property was clean. We tried to eat @ Mobic ****'s - never got in and will never go back. Castaway's temp was way too hot - made eating dinner alittle tough. I did not have to much contact with the staff @ property, only when checking in and out. We were traveling with my 9mo old grand daughter, wanted to stay closer to the beach, otherwise our stay was good
Left Kansas and had no wireless way to connect home! Wallace H. from Wichita, Kansas does not recommend this property.
Stayed for 5 days in July, 2012 We were sold on the condo because it had wireless internet and I am working on a Master's degree and needed to do my school work. We had no wireless- after two day they thought it was fixed but it was not. We never got wireless and everyone passed the buck on whose responsibility it was to fix the problem. Most of the people did not even say they were sorry. The walls in the bathroom were becoming bare and old wallpaper was showing through. Carpet in bedrooms was stained. Location was good, pool was clean.
Favorite Vacation Spot A guest from Bastrop, TX recommends this property.
Stayed for 3 days in July, 2012 I have rented units 33 and 34 for several years for my family vacation, and have always been very pleased. These are beachside, and although there isn't much of a view, they both have decks that are very quiet. These units are out of the main pedestrian path, and it always feels like we are by ourselves. Location is great and very convenient. The beach is just a short walk across the dunes. Maintenance responded immediately to our call regarding the garbage disposal.Parking space is limited. The pool was closed for one whole day for maintenance. Change from previous years -- never saw any maids. Have to pick up keys offsite. Have to take your trash to the garbage bins that are conveniently located. No daily clean towels -- good thing we brought extras.Overall -- very good place to stay for my family vacation. I especially like having the upper and lower units together. Will most likely stay again and would recommend if you want a clean place that's nothing fancy.
Summer Fun! Melissa G. from Laredo, Texas recommends this property.
Stayed for 3 days in July, 2012 We were all very satisfied with with the property. I will definitely be refering friends to this location. I am already looking forward to next summer!
It slept A guest from Caldwell, TX. does not recommend this property.
Stayed for 2 days in July, 2012 Check in time is 4:00. We arrived at 3:42 and were told we had to wait 10 minutes before we could "contractually" get the key. Upon arrival we found that one of the toilets was broken - they sent maintenance to fix in a timely manner. The pictures do not show that this is a brick complex which was probably a motel when originally built in the 60's and you can tell. The kitchen was great but the rest of the condo was just "fine". Nothing great, nothing horrible. The beds were hard and the AC did not work great. The boardwalk they show in the pictures is a concrete pathway that ends in the dunes then you walk down a path through the dunes - no more boardwalk. We came in peak season so we paid more, but this was NOT worth the amount of money we paid. If I was 20 and packed in with a bunch of friends it would be great, but not with 4 adults and 2 kids. The good thing is we adapted, the kids had fun and we stayed at the beach most of the time.
Great Stay! Alyssa P. from New Braunfulls, TX recommends this property.
Stayed for 2 days in June, 2012 The condo was nice, clean, and had cute decor, which we appreciated. The pool and plaground were a must for the kiddoes, and the beach was close. The only minor drawback was that the beach was a pretty good walk from the condo - which was not unmanageable, just felt far when carrying a couple toddlers!
Beach Babe SIV34 Linda G. from San Antonio, Texas recommends this property.
Stayed for 2 days in June, 2012 We had a wonderful time. Had a minor maintenance issue on arrival & the property manager sent someone to fix the problem within an hour. The property was spacious and clean. Overall a great exeperience!
Port A escape Review Lisabeth H. from Midway, Utah recommends this property.
Stayed for 6 days in May, 2012 Regardiong the unit and property itself: I was a bit disapointed with the state of repair of the walk to the beach ie the lack of a boardwalk over some rough terrain. Also a sweeper of sorts should be put in the unit for longer stayiong guests to clean up during their stay. The washer Dryer unit in the condo was an absolutly wonderful perk. Over all I was very pleased with the unit The office staff of Port A Escapes was fantastic! Properly professional and extreemly helpful. Special Kudos to Patrick with whom I worked the most in helping me to find a place that really met my needs I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend your property mgmt company to anyone I know who might be visiting the area. Thanks for a great return stay to the island town I was born non 47 years ago:)
Sandfest Phyllis R. from Lago Vista, TX recommends this property.
Stayed for 3 days in April, 2012 Disappointed no towel/ kitchen cloth change. We didn't know to bring more towels. Told had ocean view. Only has small area at very end of deck where ocean can be seen. Furniture and carpets could use a bit of spot removal but otherwise very nice. Great beds! I will stay here again in the future.
