Come see why we love the North Shore of the Garden Island of Kauai. Located within the world class Princeville Resort at Hanalei, with a clean and comfortable place to call "home" during your vacation you can feel free to take advantage of the numerous activities that abound in and near Princeville. From hiking the Napali coast to enjoying a massage at the spa, there truly is something for everyone.The condo was completed in 2006 and was professionally painted and decorated with entirely new furnishings. Featuring 2 king beds, it comfortably sleeps four adults. Additionally one twin air mattresses and a pack and play are provided for children.The Master Suite, which opens to the lanai, includes a king-size bed and an extremely spacious bathroom with an over-sized tub.The second bedroom includes a King bed. The second bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom.The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and utensils along with a coffee maker and grinder, cookware, grill utensils, rice maker and much more.

It had more then enough cooking utensils etc. The only thing I would fault but am not going o winge about is you could hear the people upstairs stomping about. One thing which took me by surprise and it's something you probably have no control over is the fountain when you drive into Princeville. It looks so run down and isn't cared for at all. This was such a beautiful feature when we stayed at princeville 6 years ago. It does make a difference. Also no security guard ? What's going on ? |

It was perfect. We especially liked the great lanai, very comfy bed, IPhone docking station, fully-equipped kitchen, open floor plan, tasteful furnishings, large bathroom, big closet, quiet neighbors, garage, and beach equipment. The only tiny complaints: we had to buy extra toilet paper and we could not find a cutting board. But these are minor. We would certainly stay there again. |

Our first trip to Kauai A guest from Burlington, WV recommends this property. Stayed for 13 days in September, 2012 Great condo at a great price. Beautifully appointed. Only 3 recommendations: There was no cutting board, no sand chairs and the sofa was worn in terms of comfort. Otherwise, the condo was really lovely and we would definitely return to the Plantations and Unit 1011 if it were available. We needed a late checkout on our last day and the housekeeping staff was incredibly helpful to us as there was no one coming in to the unit the next day. The housekeeper has verified that there are indeed chairs in the garage and a cutting board in a lower drawer inthe kitchen. The master bedroom and bathroom is big. The garage is nice if you have a car full of gears after an outing. There can be some improvement. 1. The kitchen needs a chopping board. 2, The WiFi router should be more centrally located. The master bathroom gets no signal at all.Overall, it is a great place to relax and enjoy while staying at the North side of Kauai. |

The cushions would sink down into the frame and make it almost impossible to get up. We also had issues with the TV in the living room everytime it was turned on. Other than those two issues our stay was ok. This is the third time we have rented from Re/Max and the only time we were dissappointed with the property. |

The only downside was that the unit had a very strong odor that smells like cigarette smoke and it gives me headache. The air conditioner wasn't working because it doesn't have a battery. We had to take out the t.v. battery to make it work because I need to get the strong odor out every time we come back into the unit. The bed sheets are not clean because there are hairs on it. The sofa was not comfortable because the cushions are pretty worn out and it sags. Although this unit didn't meet my expectations, I would still recommended to my friends and families because I've stayed in other units before and they're very nice and comfortable. |
