The Mauna Lani Terrace offers 1, 2 and 3 bedroom "Deluxe" and "Superior" condominiums located in the heart of the Mauna Lani Resort. Adjacent to the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel the Terrace is a short walk to the Beach Club and all other resort features. The "Deluxe" units have all been remodeled while the "Superior" units are also well appointed.The Terrace offers quality, privacy, luxury, and a real sense of getting away from it all. Each of the Terrace condominiums is designed to maximize views of the ocean and the historic Hawaiian fishponds that create a lagoon setting.The on-site recreation pavilion at the Terrace condominiums includes a 22' x 60' swimming pool, spa, sauna, children's pool, gas barbecues and picnic areas. The Mauna Lani Terrace is ideal for all travelers, whether you are seeking a private retreat or a great place for families; the Terrace is a prime location for all your vacation needs. This property has so much to offer. Amazing views of the ocean and lakes. The beautiful property is green and lush with two pools, sauna, jacuzzi, and private BBQ's. Cleaning could stand some improvement - stove top was visably very greasy and glass table tops could have done with a good clean. Suggest fridge be cleaned out of old expired bottles. Water from fridge seemed to have some residue - perhaps it needs to be cleanedI would be very careful as to what food products are left behind for the next person as food safe procedures are likely not in place. The cupboards of pots and pans need to be sorted regularly as they are in a bit of a disarray. Attention to small details helps with the overall experience. That siad the condo has everything we needed plus and we can hardly wait to return. Thank you. |

Even had some great condiments like Balsamic vinegar awaiting us. There is a male Cardinal that visited daily and a heron on the pond daily. The ocean view and sound is so relaxing. Nice to not have to get into a car to go for a lovely walk too. Hope we can come back and have the exact same condo. |

This is definately the way to go, breakfast on the lanai every morning was wonderful. The condo had a great view of the fish ponds and the ocean. The Mauna Lani Terrace is a true paradise, the property had everything you would need for vacation and the extra room of a condo was exceptional. Marissa was great to work with she answered all of my questions. I am absolutely going to stay here again. |

This condo is a perfect choice to access beaches, grocery stores and restaurants, is well appointed and comfy. The only downsides: the VCR was not connected to the TV and the walk to the pool/beach would not be ideal for people who aren't very mobile. But we would definitely return to this condo on our next visit. |

The location was perfect, great snorkeling and swimming within short walking distance. The fish ponds are very fascinating and the whole complex is landscaped beautifully. The unit was very well equipped and very clean. We made much use of the lanai's! My husband and I loved this unit and can't wait to head back for another visit! |

We went to the Big Island to celebrate our 20th anniversary and this condo was just what we wanted. It was quietand private. The beach club was close by and the awesome Hapuna Beach was a 5-10 minute drive away. The Mauni Lani shops and restaurants were also a 10 minute walk. The condo itself was great and come with everthing we needed. Cannot wait to come visit again. |

We have stayed previously at the Mauna Lani Hotel and the Mauna Lani Golf Villas. All were special but the Mauna Lani Terrace rental E202 was offered at a great price and has unbeatable location! We were adjacent to the fishponds and could walk to the Beach Club (although we had a gate pass included). Visits to the hotel could be made in a few minutes on foot. The condo rental was perfect in all respects. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We have definitely decided to return. |

In our experience, the pictures of properties on-line are rarely representative; however, we were pleasantly surprised with the breathtaking view and the modern layout of the condo complete with all the amenities of home. In addition, before and during our stay, Marissa and Alesia were friendly, welcoming and responsive to our questions and requests. The property, beaches and pool were pristinely maintained. Two tiny asides, the living room furniture is a bit outdated and we were not aware that we needed to reserve a grille, but we'll know next time. Mahalo and we'll be back! |

The grounds are beautifully kept and the distance to two great beaches cannot be better. Unit number #E202 has a lovely view of the beach and is quite private. The complex is quiet and is a nice get away for adults. I don't think it would be a great place for children. The condo is older but has been well maintained.
