The oversized, comfortable couches in the living room are just begging you to fall into them with a great book and glass of iced tea.
Located in a beautiful condo complex north of the Matanzas Inlet, there?s plenty to do on and off the beach. With a whopping four ocean view pools (all are heated in winter), six updated tennis courts, four racquetball courts, and two basketball courts, plus a playground for the little ones, you?ll never be bored!

The heated pool was nice on cooler days. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was small and difficult to prepare meals for more than 2 people. All in all, I would stay there again. Stayed for 14 days in April, 2012 Our condo unit at Summerhouse was beautifully furnished and maintained,convenient,with a view of the ocean from our balcony. It provided our family with an atmosphere of peace and serenity as we were dealing with the tragic loss of our daughter last year.We greeted the sunrise on the beach each morning and communed with nature, which we never have the opportunity to do at home.Swimming pool was fabulous.We were so pleased that we have already reserved the same unit for a month next year.Property Management handled any request we had with courtesy and professionalism.Thank you for providing this opportunity. Summerhouse 229 A guest from Plymouth, MN does not recommend this property. Stayed for 8 days in March, 2012 Location was great. Our unit was OK. Living room and bedrooms were fine. Kitchen and bathrooms were very small. Especially master bathroom. I would NOT fix a big meal in the kitchen. Also I called you to ask about wireless internet. I talked to someone about it. He said he'd check into it and he never responded. That was disappointing. I apologize for the internet issues and the lack of follow through. Mailbox key? The owner has owned the condo for ten years and had neverhad a mailbox key in my possession. The key had to be obtained from the Summerhouse office. When your office had trouble getting the key from Summerhouse the owner drove from Lake City to the Summerhouse office, gotthe key, and hand delivered the key and mail to the renter. Wi-Fi? Summerhouse has wireless wi-fi access all over the property and extends to the beaches along Summerhouse. The access does not requirea pass code. Anyone staying at my unit has uninhibited access to an Internet connection. Size of kitchen and bathrooms? Sorry, this is the way they were built and designed and all townhouses at Summerhouse are the same size asmine. The only problem I experienced was beingable to obtain a key to the mail box. This problem shoudl have been handled before my arrival at the Summer House.
