The Villa is situated on the award winning prestigious Orange Tree development just a 10-15 minute drive from Disney, off Highway 27. There are children's play areas onsite, with footbal, ennis and basketball facilities less than a two minute walk.

There is a master bedroom with a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with two vanities and garden tub. The kitchen is fully furnished with standard appliances and fixtures including microwave and dishwasher. The living room has a flat screen TV, DVD player and a collection of books. There is a large sitting lounge and every bedroom has cable TV. The dining area seats six with an additional breakfast nook that seats four. The house has FREE WIFI and unlimited long distance calls worldwide. The property has a large pool deck with screened enclosure and covered lanai to relax in and sunbathe in the nice florida sun. Patio furniture consists of a table and 4 chairs as well as 2 sunloungers.

Some properties will accept pets for an additional fee of $150.00, this must be requested at time of reservation. Pool heat can be added to our private pool homes for an additional $25 per day for homes with electric pool heaters and for $35 per day for homes with gas pool heaters.
