F301 is a very unique one bedroom with some partial ocean views from your lanai. Tucked into an ocean corridor this suite is close to the pool and 200 feet to the beach. This third floor suite looks out over Waipouli Beach Resorts very quiet cultural preserve at the ocean. Once the King of Kauai's canoe house, this area now sits manicured and empty to honor their legacy. The parking, beach, pool and BBQ are all a very short walk from this room. A perfect love den, F301 is a great value with nice privacy!Winner of two first prizes in the $2,000,000 + condo category of the 2006 '50th Parades of Homes is one of many reasons to visit this special property. Water slides, beautiful landscape, relaxing environment, everything and more. We opened the door to our condo and we were even more pleased. The condo was beautiful! The only downside to the resort was that it wasnt very secure. Outsiders were sneaking in the resort to use the pool and hottub, and anyone could wander into the resort and access the hallways, etc, so it didnt feel as private and exclusive as I thought it would be. Despite that, i'd rate it very good in terms of the room and all of the great amenities. |

The property was amazing with a good restaurant and nice beach. It also sits on a nice paved running trail that goes 4 miles up the coast along the beach. I would definitely stay here again. We stayed in unit F301 which was on the 3rd floor ... highly recommended as I would not want to be on the 1st floor with people walking by my front door. The unit was quiet and beautifully updated with all the newest amenities. My only complaint would be that it needs a new couch and the tub did not have a tub stop. Other than that we loved it and Kauai Exclusive management was great to deal with. Aloha |
