If you are looking for fun, this is the right place as it is right near the nightlife area and just a 10 minutes drive from Mirabilandia Theme Park. In the hearty region of the Romagna Riviera, famous for its savoury cuisine, entertainment facilities, hospitality and friendliness of the inhabitants.
Semi detached house with two apartments, one ground floor and one first floor, each sleeps 5-7 persons and has 2 bedrooms, 1 or 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living/dining room with double sofabed, 2 digital and SAT TV’s, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, heating, car park, garden, balconies.

The apartments can be rented individually

Beach 50 m., town centre 150 m.
Golf 27 holes, tennis, swimming pool, water sports within 500 m.
Shops, restaurants and services within 500 m.

Check in/out preferably on Saturdays

Minimum stay:

October through April: 3 days*
May and September: 2 weeks (the first two or the last two weeks)
June through August: 4 weeks

Shorter stays than 3 days are possible but the price will be the same as 3 days.

House linen (bed sheets + bath towels) are not included and can be rented at €10 per person per change. Alternatively, you may bring and use your own (no charges).

Final cleaning: € 50.The cleaning fee does not apply if you engage to leave the apartment clean.
