Recline on the plush sofa and enjoy the breath-taking view of the ocean, rummage through the intriguing library of books, or just take in a movie on the large flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious, offers ample cupboard space, double sink and a cute dinette for two overlooking the La Brisa gardens. A wood and glass dining table seats four and sits adjacent to the kitchen.



The Master Bedroom, calming in shades of soft blues and greens offers a King Bed and flattering white wooden furniture. There is a large walk-in closet with ample storage and the Master Bathroom, in a pretty shade of green, boasts a double vanity and a large bathtub. The Master Bedroom has individual access to the private balcony, an ideal spot for a morning cup of coffee and a Sunrise. Stunning in select shades of yellows and greens the second bedroom is outfitted with double bed that poses as a sofa by day. A becoming antique cabinet holds a library of books for you perusal. The second bathroom, artistically colored in purples and great art, has a washer/dryer, shower and an individual entrance for the third bedroom.
